Juno

Juno is a remarkable coming of age comedy, and one of the funniest comedies i've seen this year. I laughed the entire time I was in the theatre.
Juno is about a girl named Juno MacGuff (Ellen Page), who finds out she's pregnant, by her best friend "Bleeker" (Michael Cera). At first Juno wants to have an abortion, but then she decides she can't go through with it. After this decision she decides that she's going to give the baby away through private adoption.

She finds a family quite quickly, and then the long process of her being pregnant and going through the adoption begins.

The rest of this film is story of Juno dealing with being pregnant, the strange quirks of the adoptive family she's chosen, and her feelings for "Bleeker".

This movie is quite up-beat, and quick witted. Ellen page's character of Juno is amazing!!!! You never knew what to expect to come out of her mouth at any point the entire film. Michael Cera's character blew me away as well, I practically felt like I was back in highschool watching the awkwardness of "Bleeker". Michael Cera is genuinely an adorable actor, and I think he will always have a little place in my heart.

The supporting roles help keep this film what it is as well, with Arrested Development's Jason Bateman, and Allison Janey as well. The quick witted dialogue can be a bit tiresome though for those who are not entertained by it.

Everytime I think of this film a big grin just slides across my face, and I instantly want to go watch it again!
